Privacy
A focused website with limited data collection.
Last updated July 20, 2026.
Project inquiries
The contact form collects the information you choose to provide, including your name, email, organization, project category, timeline, budget range, and message. Organization, timeline, and budget are optional. This information is used only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry.
The website does not store inquiry content in an application database. A server-side function sends the message through Brevo to a ZJ Labs mailbox. Inquiry correspondence is reviewed for deletion when it is no longer needed, with a routine 90-day review for inquiries that do not become active engagements.
Abuse prevention and infrastructure
Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. A privacy-preserving hash derived from network and email information may be stored temporarily in Upstash Redis to enforce rate limits. The hash is not used to identify or profile visitors.
Vercel hosts the website and processes standard request data needed to deliver and secure it. Operational telemetry is limited to delivery status, correlation identifiers, and errors; message bodies and email addresses are not intentionally sent to analytics or error-monitoring tools.
Cookies and analytics
ZJ Labs does not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking. Turnstile may use limited browser data on the contact page for abuse prevention. If privacy-conscious analytics are introduced, this notice will be updated before collection begins.
What not to send
Do not submit passwords, access tokens, patient data, payment-card information, export-controlled information, or other sensitive regulated data through the general contact form.
Your choices
You may ask what inquiry information ZJ Labs holds, request a correction, or request deletion when retention is not otherwise required. Email privacy@zjlabs.com for a privacy or security question.
